The other major regional airport is Baltimore-Washington International (BWI). Shuttle service is available from SuperShuttle among others. Other Local InformationInformation about the Washington Metro system (subway and busses) is available from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). For those flying into BWI, you might want to check out the MARC train to take you into DC. Marriott has information online about the conference hotel, the Key Bridge Marriott. Washington, D.C. has some fantastic museums and a very active night-life. The hotel is located just across the river from Georgetown, a popular spot for evening activities. The Washington Post newspaper has a a metro section that can give you a good start on things to do while in DC. The Washington City Paper is good for those who like the somewhat non-mainstream.
