We need some documentation on your proposed use of a arp number.

This can be in the form of a one to two page description, article, or
manual.

We are looking for a technical description of how your user of arp is
similar to and different from the basic arp for ip over ethernet.

Below is the example of the arp fields for the ethernet and IPv4.  
What are the values for your case?

We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement if your prodect is
