default argument values

Hello all - I'm using python on both a NeXT and
a pc (286) - The default argument values work just fine
with the python I compiled on the NeXT but NOT in 16python.exe
on my pc. Are there plans for including default argument values
for 16python.exe or is this a dead issue??
