For those who never bothered to learn Perl (myself included), fax-gw
is an HTML to HylaFAX gateway written in C.  Just type 'make' and stick
the resulting binary in your web server's cgi-bin directory.  If you
don't have a compiler, I have included binaries for SunOS4 and SunOS5.

I also included an example HTML form, but you can use any form you like.
The gateway takes the following name/value pairs:

0)  Name      (Optional) 
1)  FaxNumber (Required) 
2)  Company   (Optional) 
3)  Email     (Optional) 
4)  Cover     (yes or no) 
*)  Document  (One or more documents to be faxed are required)

Input is scanned for those evil characters used to gain server access.
