Problem is that your modem answers to AT+FCLASS=? inquiry using a format
HylaFAX cannot parse (I'm not sure the format is allowed by the standard).
Basically HylaFAX expects something like
0,1,1.0 and not
(0,1,1.0)
If your modem is a winmodem, see if you can get a more recent driver which
may have the issue fixed.
