this is my first try to use this list, so be kind. I searched all available documentation and news archives, but I can't find a solution to my problem. 

Here it is:

Where can I find precise infos for possible "unknown hangup codes"? Or is it impossible, because they are "unknown"? If this is the case, what circumstances may rise these errors?
