Take a look at http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=96

The last patch there has been committed to CVS and will make 4.1.3. You
could have it implemented by patching your source or pulling CVS,
recompiling, and reinstalling.

In order to use job archival, per the patch, you must use the 'sendfax -A'
command (or the equivalent in your HylaFAX client - and I know of no other
client that does this right now) and the 'faxqclean -a' command.
Unfortunately, there is no config option to instruct faxqclean to simply
archive *all* jobs, regardless of what the client specified.

If you don't like the patch, then you can work your own method with cron
or something, but I would not recommend that you cease running faxqclean
and faxcron. Letting your docq, doneq, and recvq get extremely large is
not a good idea.

Lee.
