[hylafax-users] Manual Dial
Hi, I have a fax server set up with 6 modems that wait for incoming calls,
and each fax is routed to our database. The problem is, when I attempt to
send a fax in to one of the modems using the fax machine's "Manual Dial"
setting, the faxmodem attempts to handshake using standard modem protocols
(ie like connecting online) instead of as a fax. Is there any easy way to
fix this in Hylafax? I'm running 4.1 on a RedHat 7.1 server with 4 modems
currently cabled. 3 are US Robotics 33.6 modems and one is a US Robotics
56k. We are going to attatch 2 more 56k modems if/when we get this problem
fixed
