 - implement other distro network setup converters.
 - create a rpm, ebuild, slackware, bsd port.
 - use buil-time variables to specify defaults on the program and manpage.
 - preserve users created in the debootstrap stage, only in newer suites.
 - fix the security server usage on suites not supporting it. add an argument
   to be able to specify it.
