The files in this directory named jpegsrc.v*.tar.gz and jpeg-*.zip 
are the Independent JPEG Group library.  They are a copy of the versions 
available on many file servers around the net.  Since Ghostscript versions 
3.0 and above use this library, we thought it would be a good idea to keep 
a copy near the principal Ghostscript distribution point.  The
ghostscript-*jpeg.tar.gz and gs*jpg.zip files in the AFPL, aladdin 
and gnu subdirectories are links to the files here.

The files libpng*.tar.gz and lpng*.zip are the Portable Network Graphics
