Welcome to Arena

This directory contains the binary, public distribution of Arena
0.96s. This was the last and most stable release before the more
experimental 0.97. For more information on HTML3 and Arena, see
http://www.w3.org/hypertext/WWW/Arena/

If gunzip reports an error when decompressing files you have fetched
here, you havn't got the whole thing. Try using
ftp://ftp.w3.org/pub/www/arena

Binaries for HP machines are labeled "snake". The one provides is
dynamic -- let us know if you have problems with it.

Solaris binaries go under their SunOS names,
i.e. arena-sun4-5.3.bin.gz is the binary for Solaris 2.3 on a sun4.

Binaries for SunOS 4 come in two versions: linked with the "resolv"
library or not. Try the other if one doesn't work for you. Should we
provide dynamically linked SunOS 4 binaries?

"rs6000" is IBM's architecture.

The linux binary is a first go, let us know if you have trouble.

Ports to DOS/Windows and Mac are still on the discussion level.
