fputcsv — Format line as CSV and write to file pointer

fputcsv() formats a line (passed as a
fields array) as CSV and write it (terminated by a
newline) to the specified file handle.
handle파일 포인터는 fopen(), fsockopen()을 통하여 성공적으로 열려, fclose()로 닫지 않은 유효한 파일이여야 합니다.
fieldsAn array of values.
delimiter
The optional delimiter parameter sets the field
delimiter (one character only).
enclosure
The optional enclosure parameter sets the field
enclosure (one character only).
escape_char
The optional escape_char parameter sets the
escape character (one character only).
Returns the length of the written string 실패 시 FALSE를 반환합니다.
