Description: Library for mpeg decoding
Notes:  This package contains a port of the Berkeley mpeg_lib
code which was modified to have some nice wrappers, and then
ported to the BeOS.  The general idea is to look at mpeg as the
stream of video data that it is.  You can use this library to 
create viewers or whatever you want.

It is simple and straight forward to use and understand.  Note that
the bempeg viewer included will only work with the BeBox since the Mac
does not have greater than 8-bit color support.  So don't try to run
it on a Mac, but you can get the general idea of how to use the code.
