What is Raptor ?

basically a little tool to monitor activity on your BeBox featuring:

* CPU Gauges.

* Monitor running Applications in a Roster Window with automatic updates
  on new launched programs. 

* Team inspection with general information and automatic update on freshly 
  spawned threads.
  * quit them
  * kill them

* Thread diagnosis with historam of threads state, monitor of threads activity
  and threads priority.
  * kill them
  * suspend & resume them
  * assign new priority manually
  
* very very very alpha implementation of own scheduling (Round Robin (bahh!)
  and Multilevel Feedback Scheduling).
