Here is my port of mpeg_util, the mpeg 1 Stanford encoder/decoder.

I had to modify some files in order to compile (under dr6 !)
makefile, system.h, transform.c, lexer.c, mpeg.c

I put the executable. It passes its auto test with short.mpg.

The original archive contains a (big) postscript doc, you are urged to
get it. Read the README inside the archive for pointers, or have a look
at good ftp sites (linux mirrors, wuarchive...)
