Here is my port of mpeg2codec, the mpeg 2 SSG encoder/decoder.

I had to modify some files in order to compile (under dr6 !)
makefile, src/mpeg2enc/makefile, src/mpeg2dec/makefile

I put the executables. It passes its auto test with verify/.
