bempeg is a mpeg2 player for the bebox.  It is command line only at the
time, but that may change if I get enough requests.  I get about 30fps
for a small (160x128) mpeg, about 11fps for a large (320x200) mpeg.

There's no audio support at this time... If anyone can point me to (free)
docs explaining the audio component, I'll try to add it.
