This file contains the toolchain described in Fred Fish's cross development article 
(http://www-classic.be.com/aboutbe/benewsletter/volume_III/Issue17.html) but with
r5 headers and libraries.

For documentation on how to use these tools within the BeIDE, 
see /boot/develop/BeIDE/optional/CrossDevelopment/ReadMe

The cross development tools should still be considered experimental.
